Rose Edna Zadrozny

Rose Edna Zadrozny, 85, wife of the late John C. Zadrozny, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Watrous Nursing Center in Madison.  Rose was born in New Haven, on July 19, 1931 to the late Howard and Rose (Seville) Hathaway. A lifelong Connecticut resident Rose and her husband John lived and raised their family in Clinton Connecticut for over 50 years. Rose was employed by Middlesex Hospital as a home health aide for 12 years until her retirement in 2000.  Rose worked all her life and was devoted to the well being and love of her entire family.  Rose is survived her three children; son William (Diane) Zadrozny of Clinton, daughter Deborah (Harold) Erquhart of Clinton and a daughter Cheryl (Thomas) Levesque of North Branford. Rose is also survived by a brother; Howard (Karen) Hathaway of Clinton,  a sister Alice Horne of Texas, a sister Linda Stray of Westbrook , a sister Wanda Hathaway of Florida, and a  sister Brenda (John) Thayer of Clinton as well as 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Rose is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Rd. North Branford, on Thursday March 9, 2017 from 4-7pm.  A graveside service and interment will take place on Friday March 10, 2017 at 10am at Beaverbrook Cemetery, Route 145, Clinton.  Friends and family are asked to gather directly at the cemetery Friday morning.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Rose’s memory may be made to The Clinton Volunteer Fire Department, 35 East Main St. Clinton, CT 06413.  To leave a tribute or condolence for the family please visit www.keenanfuneralhome.com
