William j. Oakley Jr. was a very brave, talented and gallant gentleman who will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. My heartfelt condolences to his wife and family, and especially also to his sister Norrene Oakley Hunt. Billy and Norrene are cherished classmates of mine at Amity High School in Woodbridge..May all who mourn him be consoled.
