Veronica "Ronnie" S. Vigliotti

Veronica “Ronnie” S. Vigliotti, 69, of Orange, CT passed peacefully in her home with her loving family on May 21, 2019. She was born in New Haven, CT on March 13, 1950 to the late Frank Limauro and Sophie Zalewski. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Vincent Vigliotti and her daughter, Jessica Vigliotti.

Ronnie was a graduate of Quinnipiac University and Yale School of Medicine. She was a cytologist from 1972 until 2005 when she transitioned to molecular biology and worked with her daughter, Jessica, until her retirement in 2014.

Ronnie is the heartbeat of her husband, Vincent. They loved each other from the moment that they met and shared many beautiful memories. Their devotion to one another was present in each and every decision and action. Her spirit lives on in the love that they share. Ronnie is fiercely loved by her daughter and best friend, Jessica. Their bond is one that can never be touched or broken and will live on forever. Jessica is proud to have her Mommy as her Angel in heaven—always watching over her and guiding her the rest of her life. 

Although she will be greatly missed, Ronnie fought hard and was always strong. She never gave up and her spirit never wavered. We are so immensely proud of her strength, courage, will and drive. We are eternally grateful to all who assisted with her treatment and care. You all have special, permanent places in our hearts. She sits with our Almighty Father in Heaven and we look forward to the day when we are all joined together again. 

A Memorial Mass in celebration of Ronnie’s beautiful life will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at St. Mary’s Church, 70 Gulf Street, Milford, CT 06460 at 4:30 p.m.
