Richard L. Considine

Richard L. Considine, 77, of North Branford passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017. For 54 years, he was the devoted husband of Barbara Considine. He was the son of the late Patrick and Mary Considine.

Richard was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, second class and worked as a plant engineer and at campus maintenance at Yale University for 45 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing with his sons and golf.

He is survived by his sons, Richard and David Considine, both of North Branford, and his sister, Mary Christain of Port St. Lucie, Florida. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

His family wishes to thank the nurses and staff at MidState Medical Center in Meriden for the exceptional care they gave him.

Family and friends may visit the Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Rd, North Branford on Sunday August 6th from 3 to 5pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated Monday August 7th at 11am at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in East Haven.  Burial will follow at All Saints Cemetery North Haven.
