Paul Damon

Paul Joseph Damon passed away in West Haven, Connecticut on October 6, 2017. He was born on August 24, 1954 in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

He was a graduate of St. Michael School in Derby and Derby High School.  Following his high school graduation, he enlisted in the United States Navy and completed his four-year term of service with an Honorable Discharge.  He spent most of his life in Connecticut but lived in Texas for almost three years.  He enjoyed nature and quiet outdoor spaces, he had a happy smile.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph B. and Laura A. Damon and his brother Christopher J. Damon.  He is survived by his sister Margaret Fleet and brother- in law Paul Fleet of Kempner Texas, sister-in-law Michelle Damon, his nephew Christopher Damon, nieces Jessica Damon, Michelle (Abel) Nunez, Shauna (Nicholas) Simmons, a grandniece, four grandnephews, and numerous cousins.  

Family and friends may visit the Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm St. West Haven CT Monday October 16, from 10am to 11am with a memorial service starting at 11am.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to a charity of your choice.
