Mary Ellen McMillan

Mary Ellen McMillan, 78, of West Haven, wife of the late Francis McMillan passed away on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Yale New Haven Hospital.  She was born in New Haven on December 29, 1938 to the late Frank and Margaret Mary (McDonald) Cooper. 

She was a longtime resident of West Haven and was a parishioner of St Louis Church. She was employed by S.N.E.T. as a 411 Information Supervisor for over 30 years until her retirement.  Mary Ellen will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family and friends.

Mary Ellen is survived by her four children; son Robert McMIllan and his wife Lisa, daughter Wendy McMillan, daughter Cindy McMillan, and son Scott McMillan Sr. and his wife Theresa.  She also leaves behind six grandchildren; Matthew, Jordan, Ashley, Robert, Alyssa, Scott Jr. and many longtime friends. 

Family and friends are welcomed to gather at Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm St. West Haven on Monday August 21, 2017 from 9-11am.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home promptly at 11am.  Interment will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven.
