Marilyn Rose Enright, age 92, of West Haven passed away peacefully Tuesday October 18, 2022. She was born September 26, 1930 in New Haven, Connecticut to the late Lawrence and Muriel Green.
Marilyn adored her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She had many hobbies including, baking, reading, cross-stitch, crocheting, and doll collecting. She loved Broadway musicals. Marilyn was a talented seamstress and created beautiful dresses and Easter outfits for her three daughters. Marilyn worked for the Southern New England Telephone Company for 25 years. Prior to that she worked at Knights of Columbus before marrying and raising a family.
Marilyn is predeceased by her husband William J. Enright and daughter Jacqueline Miranda Enright.
Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Beauchamp and Karen Enright of West Haven. Her grandchildren, Christopher Beauchamp, Monique Beauchamp, Stephanie Melendez, Michael Sandella, and great-granddaughter, Alyssa Melendez, all of West Haven. She is survived by her brother Lawrence Green of North Carolina, and nephews Lawrence and James Green of Connecticut and her niece Carol Green of North Carolina.
Mass will be held at St. Lawrence Church Monday, October 24, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. on 207 Main St, West Haven, CT 06516. Interment will follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven.
