Judith R. Fontaine

Judith R. Fontaine, age 72, passed away on September 27, 2019 at Connecticut Hospice surrounded by her family.  She was the beloved wife of John “Jack” Fontaine.  She was born in New Haven on October 6, 1946 to the late Frank and Rose Wozniak.

Judith was a dog groomer at Puppy Parlour in Madison for over 20 years.

Besides her husband of 52 years, she is survived by her son John Peter Fontaine III and her daughter Renee Fontaine.  She also leaves behind her granddaughter Sarah Stannard, grandson John Fontaine and sister Francis Ameline of Cave Creek, AZ.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 11 am St. Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford.

There will be no calling hours.
