Jeffrey B. Page

Jeff Page, of Branford, died unexpectedly but peacefully on January 3rd. He was the beloved son of Dean Ryder, of Branford, and Robert Page, of Arrowsic, Maine. Jeff grew up in North Guilford and spent his later years in Guilford and Branford. Jeff triumphed over a number of significant physical and intellectual challenges, graduating from Guilford High School and working at the Shoreline Times, the New Haven Register and Imprint Printing for 24 years. He was about to start a new chapter of his life in Maine, as part of an independent group home in South Portland, near his father, sister and her family. He was a gentle, generous and loving man with tremendous courage and integrity. He loved the simple pleasures of family, friendship, good food and drink, laughter, football, snowmobiles, NASCAR, and classic rock. He is survived by his mother, father, sister, Lisa Page, brother-in-law and pal, Matthew Bampton, his nieces, Ariel, Freya, and Heloise, and his brothers, Gary and Todd.
