Frederick A. Gallipoli

Frederick Arthur Gallipoli, age 60, of West Haven entered eternal rest on June 17, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at CT Hospice. He was born in New Haven Connecticut to the late Alfred and Charlotte Gallipoli. Freddie was the President and Owner/Operator of Savin Rock Amusements. He dedicated his life to working hard and playing even harder. He touched the lives of everyone he met and his contagious smile will be clearly missed. 

He was the beloved father of Frederick Gallipoli of West Haven, Rocko Gallipoli of West Haven and Devin Gallipoli of East Haven and stepfather to Tanya Maiorino of West Haven. In addition to his children, Freddie also leaves behind his loving significant other Maryann Merriman, sisters Concetta (the late Joseph) Nunes, Eloise (John) Matthews and the late Scott (Vanessa) Gallipoli. Freddie was also the loving grandfather to Indy Mae, Ollie, Freddy, Danny and Teresa. Many loving nieces, nephews, friends and family, also survive him. Family and friends may visit Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street, West Haven Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.; with services at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
