Frances J. Vollono

Frances J. Vollono, age 97, passed away peacefully at Twin Maples Health Center on September 11, 2018. She was the beloved wife of the late Ralph Vollono.  Frances was born March 29, 1921 to the late Stefano and Guiseppina Cinicola DePalma.  She was adopted by the late Michael and Pasqualina Criscuolo.

Frances was a homemaker and prided herself on taking care of her family.

She is survived by her two children Vincent (Ann) Vollono Sr. of Northford and Robert (Donna) Vollono of North Haven. She also leaves behind her three grandchildren Jeannine (Christopher) Meisenkothen, Vincent Vollono Jr. and Shari (Conrad) Harris and five great-grandchildren, Alex, Nicholas, Annaliese, Brianna and Justin.  She is predeceased by her siblings Julia Vollono, Margaret Famma, Frederick Moliterno, Louis DePalma, Paul Criscuolo, Anthony Criscuolo, Ernest Criscuolo, Dominic Criscuolo, Carmen Criscuolo and Anne Solimini. 

Family and friends may visit Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Road, North Branford, CT Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 8:30 am – 9:30 am.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St.  Augustine Church, 30 Caputo Road, North Branford at 10:00 am.  Interment immediately following at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven.
