Florence T. Healey

Florence Healey, age 96, of West Haven passed away on September 12, 2018 at CT Hospice.  She was the wife of the late Paul Healey Sr. Florence was born in New Haven on October 25, 1921 to the late William and Mary Graham Talmadge. 

Mrs. Healey retired from Yale University in 1989.  She was a member of the Hospital of St. Raphael’s Auxiliary, The New Haven Catholic Women and Our Lady of Victory Social Group. 

She leaves behind her sons, John (Regina) Healey Sr. and Paul F. (Janet) Healey Jr., two grandsons John Michael Healey Jr. and Michael Patrick Healey, and many nieces and nephews. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victory, 600 Jones Hill Road, West Haven on Tuesday, September 18th at 9:00 am. Family and friends are asked to gather at the church.  Interment to follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Avenue, North Haven.
