Eugene S. Blue

Eugene Stuart Blue, age 80, of Berlin passed away peacefully at Regency House in Wallingford on June 23, 2021.  He was the beloved husband and partner of Richard Brewster for 33 years.  Eugene was born in New Haven, CT on April 2, 1941 to the late Ezra and Dorothy (Hopkins) Blue. 

After graduating from West Haven High School, Eugene continued his education at Stone Business College where he earned his Associates Degree.  He worked for many years in Banking and Property Management.

Besides his husband, he leaves to cherish his memory his cousin Judith (Eugene) Early and dear friends Luisa (Scott) Buckler and Ralph “Sparky” Lawson.  He also leaves behind his beloved cat Cupcake.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Christ Church, 84 Broadway, New Haven at 11:00 a.m.
