Edward M. Gorman, age 83, of Orange, CT passed away December 15, 2018 at Masonicare in Wallingford surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Killian) Gorman. He was born on July 24, 1935 by the late James M. and Rose (Kappert) Gorman.
Edward retired from Bic Pen in Milford in 1990 at the age of 55 and started a new career at the United States Postal Service in Milford, retiring after ten years. Edward loved to play golf and enjoyed painting and gardening. He is a member of the Legion of Mary at the Holy Infant Church in Orange. But the joy of life was his grandchildren whom he cherished.
He is survived by his five children, Edward J. Gorman of Milford, Margaret Gordon of North Grafton, MA, Elizabeth (Alfred) DeMaio of Orange, James F. (Linda) Gorman of VA, Kathleen (James) McNelis of Northford, and one brother, Michael Gorman (Marly) of Arlington, Virginia. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren. He is predeceased by one brother, James Gorman. The family would like to express their appreciation and gratitude for the care provided by the staff at both Masonicare and Hospice for making Ed feel loved and part of the Wooster 3 family.

Family and friends are invited to visit Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm Street, West Haven, Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at Holy Infant Church, 42 Race Brook Road, Orange at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in North Haven.
