Charlotte A. Halter

Charlotte A Halter 99 of West Haven, passed away peacefully and entered Heavens gates on July 5, 2017.  Charlotte was born in New Haven on April 15, 1918, daughter of the late John Tucker and Charlotte Benjiman Tucker.  She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph G Halter Sr. 

Charlotte was the loving mother of the late Jo-Ann Colberg, Lorraine Prusinowski, and Joseph G Halter Jr.   She is survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grand children.She is also survived by sister Pegeen Sanford, brother Francis Tucker, and sister Victoria Pacileo.

Charlotte was a machine operator at American Powdered Metals for over 25 years.
