Angel A. Maldonado

Angel A. Maldonado passed from this life on Wednesday, December 23, 2020.  He was born on December 18, 1961, to Norberto Maldonado and Nelida Quinones in Utuado, Puerto Rico.  He married the love of his life, Rose Bassat on October 6, 1992 in New York, NY.  They wed after a year of dating and had many cherished memories together.  An experienced mechanic, he graduated from a Mechanic Trade School, where he continued to practice his trade for 15 years.  He enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends.  An avid car fan, it was hard to keep Angel away from working with cars.  He was a man full of life, very sociable, and the life of the party.  Angel could make anyone smile, no matter the day or time.  He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Rose Bassat Malonado of West Haven.  He is survived by his children, Kassandra, Jonathan, Rosa and Brenda.  He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Alec, Joshua, Matthew, Lianna and Giovanni. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Jose and Elena Quinones.
