I don't even know where to begin, this man was such an influence in my life growing up. He was not only my uncle, but my god father as well, but most of all my friend. Over the years my visits home grew fewer but he was always in my heart and in my thoughts. My prayers go out to Margaret and my cousins and his grandchildren. Stay strong, he will always be with you. I TRULY wish I could be there. Love you all and God Bless.

So sorry to hear of Al's sudden passing. He was a kind and lovely person and will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the families. We enjoyed spending time with him at the periodical cousins breakfasts. We will miss him but know he's with the Angels.

I worked for Al at the Atlantic after I got out of the Navy in '75. We had a lot of fun, Al always had a laugh and a story, loved to talk about his family. He was a good man, I'm sorry for your loss.
