Dottie,
Dick was a long time Rotary friend and we were also neighborhood friends for many years.
Years ago, he was involved in my purchase of the property on Alps Road from the Foote Family Trust Foundation that was being managed by a local Bank.
We shared many interests while he was involved with Rotary and I will always remember him as gentleman and a friend
