Patricia Ann Hunt

Patricia Ann Hunt, 77, of Northford, beloved wife of Daniel T. Hunt, was called home on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Patricia was born in New Haven on June 7, 1939 to the late Peter and Emma (Ardine) Bartini. Patricia was a lifelong Connecticut resident spending the last 54 years in Northford with her husband. Patricia was employed by ABS Pumps in Meriden for over 20 years until her retirement in 1997. She was a parishioner of St. Monica Church and was deeply involved in her faith.  Patricia regularly attended exercise and water aerobics classes at the local YMCA and made many friends during her time there. Patricia and her husband had a boat at Cedar Island Marina and they thoroughly enjoyed their time on the water.  Patricia will be remembered for her love of cross stitching, crocheting, reading, and playing games and cards with her grandkids and family.   Besides her husband she is survived by her three children; son Joseph Hunt, son David and his wife Kristen Hunt, daughter Eileen and her husband Eric Dahlquist, and daughter Pauline and her husband Gene Handy. She is also survived by four grandchildren; Christine, Adam, Melissa and Kyle, as well as a brother Robert and a sister Lorraine.  She was predeceased by a brother Peter and a sister Sandra. The family would like to extend their love and gratitude for the care and concern for Patricia to the staff at Yale New Haven Hospital, 7 East as well as the staff at Connecticut Hospice. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Keenan Funeral Home, 330 Notch Hill Rd, North Branford on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 4-7PM.
