Judith Ann Kiernan
September 22, 1946 ~ April 10, 2017 (age 70) 70 Years OldShare Tribute:
On Monday, April 10th our family lost one of its loving members, Judith Ann Kiernan after a 9 month battle with cancer. "How lucky are we to have someone that makes it so hard to say Goodbye." (Pooh Bear). Judy was welcomed into her final resting place by her mother and father Nickolas James and MaryAnn (Tautvid) Kiernan, a brother-in-law Craig T Bradley and nephew Michael Kowalski. Judith was born September 22,1946 in New Haven. Judy is survived by two sisters Katherine (Henry) Kowalski of West Haven and Margaret (Craig) Bradley of Madison. Judy is further survived by 6 nieces and nephews, Christine (Aldo) Corsi, David Kowalski, Scott Bradley, Jill (Kris) Keppler, Kara (Jason) Cyr, and Jeffrey Bradley, also five great nieces and nephews Alexandra, Andrew, and Ava Corsi and Chase and Griffinn Keppler.
She graduated from Sacred Heart Academy and the University of New Haven with a commercial Art degree. She later worked as a pulmonary technician at the Cardio Thoracic Group in West Haven until her retirement. Judy was in her element when she was setting up and decorating for family functions. Holidays were always so festive in her home.
Family and friends may visit the Keenan Funeral Home, 238 Elm St. West Haven Monday April 17th from 9 to 10:30am, with a mass to follow at Our Lady of Victory in West Haven at 11am The family is eternally grateful to Hospice of Branford.
