Elaine Gabriel Balch

Elaine Gabriel Balch of West Haven died on February 15, 2017.  She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Edith Gabriel of Staten Island, New York; her sister Dolores McGrath, and her devoted husband Charles W. Balch.  She is survived by her children Charles W. Balch, Jr. (Rose) and Leslie Balch (Anthony Cipriano); grandchildren Chip Balch (Nicole Savaiano); Chelsea Cipriano (Taylor Conrad); great-granddaughters Isabella and Emma Balch; and countless friends who are as close as family.  A small celebration of Elaine’s life, her baking, and her love for others is being planned.  In lieu of flowers or donations, please do an unexpected act of kindness for someone in your life.  To leave a tribute or condolence for the family please visit www.keenanfuneralhome.com
